Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at support@luxfinds.store with your order number. After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

 

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package:

  • Directly in your account dashboard

  • Using the carrier’s website with your tracking number

  • Through our order status page
